End-User License Agreement

You (the “User”) are welcome to use the services we provide (including but not limited to our published applications “Stress Monitor for Watch”, referred to as the “Services”).

Please read and fully understand the following terms and conditions. By using or logging in to the Services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to the contents of this Agreement, including any changes we may make to the Usage Agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you may choose to terminate your access or stop using the Services.

1.Acceptance of Terms

1.1 We provide the Services to Users in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; once a User has successfully logged in, either to access the Services provided by us or to post any content on the Services provided by us, the User fully accepts all of the terms under this Agreement.

1.2 When using the individual services provided by us, the User shall comply with the guidelines and rules related to such services. All such guidelines and rules shall form part of this Usage Agreement.

1.3 The User’s use of the services and data provided by us, either directly or indirectly through various means (such as RSS feeds and off-site API references), shall be deemed to be unconditional acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.

1.4 If the User disagrees with any of the terms of this Agreement, please stop using all the services provided by us.

1.5 Users shall comply with the terms of this Agreement and use the services provided by us lawfully and reasonably; otherwise, we have the right to terminate the services provided to users in accordance with this Agreement.

1.6 We reserve the right to withdraw the account used by the user at any time.

2.Rules of Use

2.1 Users shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality and validity of their login information for the services provided by us. Users shall not impersonate others; shall not use the name of others to publish any information; shall not maliciously use their accounts to cause other users to misidentify them.

2.2 The service provided by us is a platform for information sharing, dissemination and access, the information published by users through the service provided by us is public information, and other third parties can access the information published by users through the service provided by us, and the publication of any information by users is recognized as public information, and they alone bear the legal responsibility for this behavior; any information that users do not want to be known by other third parties should not be published on the service provided by us. 2.3 The User undertakes not to use the services provided by us in any way to engage directly or indirectly in acts that violate Chinese law and social morality, and the services provided by us shall have the right to delete any content that violates the above-mentioned commitments.

2.4 Users shall not use the services provided by us to create, upload, copy, publish, transmit or reproduce content that

that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power or undermines national unity
