Specifically, Daily Stress Monitor collects and uses the following health data:

The Stress Self Test reads heart rate data, calculates HRV, and utilizes the data for graphical representation.

Your health data is solely used to enhance the application's functionality. We do not exploit your health data for marketing, advertising, or usage-based data mining, including by third parties. Access to your health data is localized through Apple Health, and processing occurs locally without sending data to external servers.

Your Notes Data: Daily Stress Monitor records user-generated notes data, encompassing text and images, all stored locally without transmission to servers or sharing with third parties.
