Copy, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and our business.

All content and materials available on the App, including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the App without our prior written consent.

4.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Or any loss of profits or revenues, whether directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.

5.Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective will indicate your agreement to the revised Terms.

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason or no reason. Including if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
